Mushroom Risotto: Italian style risotto topped with Pebble Creek Farm mushrooms and finished with parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
Red Wine Cranberry Braised Short Ribs: Locally sourced beef short ribls slow cooked in red wine, fresh cranberries and herbs, carmalized onions served over mashed potatoes.
Dark Chocolate Pmegranate Tart: Decadent dark chocolate crust with a creamy chocolate and pomegranate filling topped with fresh berries and pomegranate arils.
